Eligible rural families under the MNREGA can avail themselves of the beneficiary-oriented schemes by submitting 'Hitaishi' application form. They can now demand works under MNREGA on their agriculture land or residential premises by submitting application to Gram Panchayat. Due to this initiative, not only permanent assets of rural families will be constructed, but rural families will also get employment opportunities.

After registration of 'Hitaishi' application forms, concerning applicant will also be given its receipt. On Employment Dialogue Day to be conducted once a month in Gram Panchayats' sector, information would be given about 'Hitaishi' application forms due to which beneficiaries would be able to apply in prescribed proforma.

Directives have also been given to attach priority to agriculture-oriented MNREGA works and works under Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana. 'Hitaishi' forms should also be provided to landholder rural farmer families to help them apply in prescribed proforma.
