A gang of 9 miscreants involved in the murder of the security guard at newly developing Emerald Green Colony in village Harneakhedi of Mhow tehsil was arrested by the Mhow police.
ASP Mhow Pankaj Kumawat told the media person that the main accused Hemant lunia son of Punamchand lunia resident of Sai Nath Colony Rau shot dead the security guard Parasram Kushwha and wounded other guard Mahesh Rajawat by knife and stone who were on duty.
Hemant lunia had the dispute with the builder of the colony regarding the land and he was asking the money from the builder Navin Jain and was disturbing and threatening the contractors not to do any construction work on the colony land.
On the day of incident he attacked the security guards with his gang members Kishore son of Gendalal resident of Kodaria, Devkaran son of Gabbu Bheel resident of Santer, Ashish son of Balakram Verma resident of Kishanganj, lakki son of Ishwar lodhi resident of Kishanganj, Ashok son of Kailash Harizan resident of Kodariya, Rahul son of Ramu Khatik resident of Santer, Rahul son of Devkaran Bheel resident of Santer. Police arrested all of them and a revolver, a country made pistol, knife and sticks one Scorpio car and a two wheeler was confiscated from the possession of the criminals.
All the criminals were arrested under IPC section 307,302,147,148 and 25,27 arms act were produced in Mhow court from where they have been sent to jail.
A police team consisting of ASP Mhow Pankaj Kumawat, SDOP Mhow Arun Mishra, TI Kishanganj Arun Solanki and policemen of kishanganj police station were successful in nabbing this accused.
