BHEL, Bhopal’s Human Resource Development Centre in association with Human Resource– Industrial Relations Department is organising a six-day “Prabhavi Sanchar Kaushal” programme for the young trade union representatives of BHEL Bhopal beginning from Monday.
The programme was coordinated by Daatopant Tengadi, of National Labour Education Board. On this occasion Amitabh Dubey, Additional General Manager (HRDC) and Vinay Kumar, Additional General Manager (HR). Arif Ahmed Siddiqui, Deputy general manager (HR) brief-out the training programme’s objectives and goals.
Around 38 members from all the unions were present in this programme, Industrial Relation department is organizing this training programme for the last few years with an aim of developing vibrant union representatives. Amitabh Dubey, Additional General Manager (HRDC) in his address laid stress on the importance of communication.
