A 55-year-old man was booked for sexually exploiting a 40-year-old woman at Vijay Hotel under Bajaria police station area. The victim was lured for marriage by the victim, said police.
According to the police, the victim was sexually assaulted by the accused Moeen alias Mohsin of Ujjain and when the victim asked to marry her he refused and threatened her of dire consequences.
The victim approached the police and lodged a complaint stating that she contacted the accused after she found a matrimonial advertisement regarding marriage which was published by the accused and later the accused assured her of marriage and started to meet her frequently. The accused asked the victim to meet him at Vijay hotel where he sexually exploited the victim in the name of marrying her.
