Habibganj police have arrested a 50-year-old wardboy who molested a lady patient at Electrocardiography (ECG) section in JP Hospital on Friday.
Police said that the accused identified as Chandulal Meena was nabbed on the charges of molesting a lady patient in the Electrocardiography (ECG) section when she came for treatment.
In her complaint the victim who is a resident of Laharpur arrived for treatment at JP Hospital and was scheduled for ECG. After her turn came she went inside the section where the accused deployed as ward boy molested her and before the accused could make further advances she sounded alert which attracted the staff and patients and victim was rescued.
Police were informed regarding the incident and complaint was lodged. Based on the complaint after the preliminary investigation the police have registered a case under section 354 of IPC and later nabbed the accused.
