A gruesome road accident on Dewas Road led to the painful death of 5 labourers. In fact, the accident occurred near Datana Matana where a storm train was going from Katni to Neemuch with workers collided with a trolley coming from near the airstrip. Seven people were injured in the accident while five died. The cement sacks were loaded in the trolley. The driver escaped from the scene after the incident. At 4:30 am on Saturday, there was a face-to-face collision between the storm car and the cement filled trolley. In the accident, the storm car flew away. Narwar police arrived on the spot as soon as the information was received. Police immediately took the injured out of the vehicle and rushed him to the district hospital for treatment.
The workers were going from Katni to Neemuch after riding in Hurricane train number UP 20TY 1702.
On Dewas Road near Ujjain, a collision occurred with the trola number RJ 09 GD 4165 coming from the front of the car.
The incident is being reported in the morning. The storm car was badly damaged due to the high speed of both the vehicles. In which the laborers were trapped badly, the workers trapped in the damaged vehicle could be evacuated after hard labor. Seriously injured labourers were rushed to the district hospital for treatment immediately.
According to police, 7 people have been seriously injured in the accident.
While four people were killed instantly. While one succumbed during treatment, according to the police, the cause of the accident is not yet clear.
But looking at the scene, it seems that the speed of both the vehicles was very fast.
The driver could not control the vehicle due to sudden encounter of each other and an accident occurred.
