Fourth General Management Programme - Abhikalp for E5 level executives from various units and power sector sites is being organized at HRDC BHEl Bhopal. In this GMP, technical as well as behavioral aspects are being covered which is helping the participants gain more insights about the company and developing personally and professionally as an individual.
In this programme, as part of the course curriculum tree plantation was done in Jawahar Bagh in front of HRDC building on 2nd August 2016 by the participants of GMP and HRDC Team. Also, this day coincides with the auspicious occasion of Haryali Amavasya. Dr Somali Gupta, external faculty also graced the occasion.
Meanwhile, in a simple programme held at Third floor Administration Building AMV Yugandhar, Executive Director BHEl, Bhopal on Tuesday congratulated the winning representative of the recently held Supervisor Election at BHEl, Bhopal. Yugandhar in his address saying the role of association to be important urged the associations to work for the progress of the organization. On this occasion ShriRajendra Singh Yadav, President along with all other representatives were present.
Manoj Kumar Varma, General Manager, HR, CMG, MG &EC also congratulated the winning representatives.
Besides, in a simple programme held at BHEl ladies Educational Welfare Wing A Aruna Yugandhar, President BHEl ladies Club distributed uniform to the computer operators and other employees deployed in BHEl through BlEW computer centre.
On this occasion Vice-President of all centres run by BHEl ladies Club were present. Ranjana Verma, Secretary and Alka Kunder were also present in the programme.
