A 40-year-old labour was electrocuted at an under-construction house at Hamidia road under Hanumanganj police station area on Monday.
Police said that the deceased Indresh was working at the under-construction house when he was electrocuted. The deceased was rushed to a nearby hospital where he died during treatment. In the initial investigation police found that the deceased was working inside the house when he got electrocuted. The police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and have started further investigation. Police said that during the investigation if it found that the death occurred due to negligence of the owner or the contractor a case would be registered against them in the further investigation.
