A 38-year-old married woman was sexually assaulted by her ex-employer at Shahpura on Wednesday; a case of rape was registered by Ayodhya police on victim's complaint.
According to the police, the victim lodged a complaint on Wednesday regarding sexual assault by her former employer Madhav Prakash Sadana.
In her complaint victim has stated that the accused accompanied her from her residence in Bhawani Towns to his Shahpura residence at around 1.30 pm and sexually assaulted her. She finally could escape at around 6 pm. The victim informed her husband and the couple lodged a complaint.
The victim used to work with the accused and has claimed that she was sexually assaulted and was threatened of her life and was warned to keep mum. After her marriage she left the job but the accused to threaten her and on Wednesday took her to his place and sexually assaulted her.
The police have registered a case under section 376, 366 and 506 of the IPC and have started further investigation into the matter. Meanwhile, a 17-year-old girl was molested by her uncle at Bapu Colony under Jehangirabad police station area on Tuesday; a complaint was lodged by victim on Wednesday.
According to the police accused Saleem molested the victim and she reported the same to her mother but she told her to keep mum on the issue. later she braved to lodge a complaint. The police have registered a case under section 354, 394, 506, 34 of the IPC and section 39 (1) (10) of Prevention of SC/ST Atrocities Act.
