A 36 -year-old girl was sexually exploited for the past one year on the promise of marriage at Indore; a complaint was lodged by the victim on with Teelajamalpura hospital.
According to the police, the victim was sexually assaulted by the accused Ravi Wasti for the past one year and during the period assured her of marriage and continued to sexually exploit her in Indore. Based on the complaint, the police have registered a case and started investigation.
The victim came into contact with the accused around one year ago over match making site and victim was lured by the accused of marriage. The two developed relationship and accused asked the victim to move with him at Indore house. She along with her kid started to live at the house in Indore where she was sexually assaulted and the ordeal continued for the next one year. The victim claimed that she was assured of marriage after she was sexually assault and when she asked for marriage, the accused refused to marry.
Later, when the victim pressurised her of marriage, the accused threatened her of life and escaped from his house. The victim approached Habibganj police and lodged a complaint on Tuesday.
