A 35-year-old man was electrocuted at Archarya Nagar under Aishbagh Nagar police station area on Saturday. Police said that the deceased Rahul Pichoria was found unconscious in the morning on Saturday. The deceased was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was declared dead.
In the initial investigation police found that the deceased was sleeping near an air cooler and his leg with the air cooler. The deceased used to work with BMC . The police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and have started further investigation.
Meanwhile, a 25-year-old Satna-based girl committed suicide by consuming poisonous substance at government quarter in Central Jail premises under Gandhi Nagar police station area on Friday. The deceased girl is identified as Pranjala Singh was found unconscious and later taken to hospital where she died during treatment.
The deceased used to work with 108 ambulance call centre and around a month ago left her job. She was trying to get a job in Pune but she failed to get good job and used to remain depress. Under depression the deceased took extreme step and committed suicide. The body was sent for the post mortem after the preliminary investigation and a case under section 174 of CrPC was registered.
In the investigation police have not found any suicide note which could ascertain the reason behind the suicide. Police have started further investigation.
The deceased used to live with her uncle posted as jail warder. The family members are not able to provide reason.
