A 33-year old male nurse posted with the Bhopal Memorial Hospital and Research Centre (BMHRC) committed suicide at Royal Homes under Nishatpura police station area on Tuesday.
According to the Nishatpura police, the deceased Dinesh Janardan was found lying unconscious by his colleague Anil Thomas at around 9 am in his apartment and was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was declared dead.
The deceased hailed from Kerala and used to work with BMHRC as male nurse.
Police said that the circumstantial evidences suggest that the deceased died of poisonous substance but it could not be ascertained that the deceased has consumed poison to end life or he was poisoned and it would be investigated.
During the investigation police found that the deceased was scheduled to arrive at hospital at around 8 am but when he not reached the hospital his colleague Anil Thomas went to check his whereabouts and found him lying in unconscious state. The police have registered a case under 174 of the CrPC and have started further investigation.
Meanwhile, after a fight with husband a 31-year-old married woman committed suicide by jumping from sixth floor from an apartment at Om Shiv Nagar under Koh-e-Fiza police station area on Monday.
According to the police the deceased Krishna Vaishnav after having a fight with her husband jumped from sixth floor of her apartment, she was rushed to a nearby hospital where she was declared dead.
During the investigation police that the deceased used to have frequent fights with her husband on petty issues which resulted in the extreme step by the deceased.
Police said that deceased’s husband Omkar Vaishnav used to work with a stone polishing shop. The police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and have started further investigation.
