A 32-year-old man was found dead near railway tracks at Bawadia Kalan in the night on Monday; man was hit accidentally while crossing railway tracks.
Police were informed after a man was found dead at railway tracks and on the receipt a police team reached the spot and started investigation. In the initial investigation deceased was identified as Narendra Rajput who used to work as labourer.
After the preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem and the police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and have started further investigation.
The circumstantial evidences suggests that the deceased was hit while trying to cross the railway tracks but to ascertain it at the moment is not possible and could be confirmed after receiving the post mortem report. The deceased was possibly heavily drunk, suspects police.Meanwhile, a 28-year-old woman died on Monday who attempted suicide by hanging with the ceiling at Awadhpuri on November 28;police have started investigation.
Police said that the deceased, Kavita Sharma was found hanging by her family and was rushed to a nearby hospital where she died during treatment on Monday.
