A 32-year-old man committed suicide by consuming poisonous substance at his residence in Hataikheda under Piplani police station area on Wednesday.
According to the police, the deceased Vinod Sarathe was found in an unconscious state by the family members and was rushed to a nearby hospital where he died during treatment. Police were informed and based on the information a police team reached the spot and started investigation.
The deceased committed suicide late in the afternoon. The deceased consumed celphos and was rushed to nearby hospital where he died during treatment. Police have not found any suicide note and no reason was found behind the suicide. The reason would be investigated.
The body was sent for the post mortem after the preliminary investigation. The police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and have started further investigation.In the initial investigation it could not be ascertained that the victim consumed poison or he was poisoned.
Meanwhile, the crime branch Bhopal nabbed a 47 year-old wanted criminal who was absconding for the past 10 years wanted in around two dozen search warrants on Wednesday.
Acting on a tip off, absconding accused was nabbed near from Aundh in Maharashtra identified as Pankaj Khare who was absconding in 138 NI act for the past 10 years.
