Three persons including a minor were nabbed by Bagh Sewania police for strangulating a four-year old girl to death; girl’s stepfather along with his two accomplices killed the girl on Saturday.
Panic prevailed in Bagh Sewania area after a body of a girl was found in sack. Police team rushed to the spot and started investigation and in the initial investigation the deceased was identified as four-year-old Alfia.
The deceased went missing on Saturday and used to live at Amrit home under construction colony at Bagh Mughalia.
The mother of deceased Sazia in her complaint claimed that she along with her daughter went to sleep on Friday night and when she woke up in the morning on Saturday the deceased was found missing after which she along with Haider searched for the deceased but failed and after failing to find her a missing complaint was lodged with the Bagh Sewania police.
The accused Haider Ali is a resident of Guna and he committed the crime with his two accomplices Jitendra Mali and minor accused.
The deceased was reason behind fights between the Haider and Sazia and frustrated with the fights Haider decided to kill Alfia and offered money to his friends in Bina to help him in the killing.
Haider along with his accomplice Jitendra strangulated the deceased at the terrace of the building and dumped her near a nullah. At the time of the incident the minor accused was told to vigil outside the building.
Alfia is Sazia’s daughter from her first marriage with Nazeem. After the death of Nazeem Sazia started to live with the main accused Haider.
During the investigation the police found Haider suspicious and when he was questioned he confessed to the crime along with his two accomplices.
