A three-day workshop on ‘Winning Together Programme’ for E1-E2 executives of BHEl Bhopal unit began on Thursday at Human Resource Development Centre, Bhopal.
DK Thakur, GM (TCB), BHEl Bhopal was present as the chief guest on the occasion while TG Chauragade, GM (WE, CS & HR) was present as the Guest of Honour. Brajesh Agrawal, A Mukherjee, I Soreng, Swagata S Saxena, CJ Christopher and Hareesh Singh Bagwar were present on the occasion as programme faculty. A total of 17 Executives (E1 & E2) from Bhopal unit are participating in this programme.
D . Thakur, GM (TCB) shared that BHEl is going through a difficult phase where strong leadership and teamwork play a crucial role in facing the tough times and come ing out of it. He said one should have belief in self and in the team to achieve anything. Trust among team members can do wonders. He also said that the young executives form the foundation of BHEl. If the foundation is strong, the building will sustain in all circumstances. This winning together programme may help them to make the foundation strong thereby leading BHEl to grow and sustain in future.
TG Chauragade, GM (WE, CS & HR) shared that passion is the key to accomplish any task. He insisted that in a team all the members must support and coordinate with each other. They must know each other’s strengths and areas of improvement and must be flexible to the situation so as to achieve the common goal.
I Soreng, Sr DGM (HRD) and programme director welcomed the distinguished guests and participants. He briefed about the genesis of this programme and the role of HRDI and HRDCs in designing this programme. He shared the objectives and contents which focus on employeeship, leadership and team player for achieving the vision, mission and values of the organisation.
The programme is based on experiential learning which helps in bringing about attitudinal changes in individuals.
