A 28-year-old youth committed suicide by hanging with the ceiling at his house at Karond under Nishatpura police station area on Tuesday.
The deceased identified as Harish alias Rahul Narayan was found hanging and later declared dead when taken to a nearby hospital.
Police were informed and on the receipt police team reached and started investigation. In the initial investigation police found that the deceased used to work as contractor with MPSEB. It was revealed in the investigation that the deceased contacted Asha Saxena with whom he was living for the past 10 years and told her that he would end his life. Asha rushed to save the deceased but failed to reach on time. During the investigation police found that since the year 2007 Harish was in live-in relationship with Asha who left her husband and started living in Karond with him along with her two children from first marriage.
