A 26-year-old married woman was sexually assaulted by two miscreants at Shivaji Ward under Gandhi Nagar police station area; a case was registered by Gandhi Nagar police on Thursday.
According to the police, the victim was sexually assaulted by Teju alias Tej Narayan Sharma for one year and later his friend Rajesh alias Satyanarayan.
The victim in his complaint claimed that she became acquainted with Teju who sexually exploited her for one year and later his friend Rajesh sexually assaulted her and when she opposed they threatened her of life.
The police have registered a case under section 376,376(2) N, 506 of the IPC and have started further investigation. The case has been transferred to Vidhisha police as it was in the initial investigation Teju used to meet the victim at Rajesh’s house in Vidisha.
Meanwhile, in a separate case, on the pretext of marriage a 26-year-old woman sexually assaulted by a miscreant for the past three years at Talaiya area; a complaint was lodged by the victim after the accused threatened her of life and refused to marry her.
The victim was sexually assaulted by the accused Naushad Hussain who later refused from marriage and threatened the victim of life.
The victim in his complaint stated that the accused used to live in the locality of the victim and became friends in the year 2014. later the victim developed relationship with the accused. She was lured of marriage and sexually assaulted by the accused for the past three years. The accused refused to marry her when the victim asked her to marry and threatened her of life.
The accused went absconding and is still at large. Search for the absconding accused has been intensified.
Based on the complaint after the preliminary investigation the police have registered a case under section 376 and 506 of the IPC and have started further investigation.
