A 26-year-old married female engineer living in Ashoka Garden area of Bhopal died under suspicious circumstances, she was found in a pool of blood in the bathroom at around 7.30 pm on Tuesday.
According to the information, Purvi Sahu lived in Pant Nagar, Ashoka Garden. This is her maternal home, 3 years ago she was married to Ashish, a resident of Ujjain. Ashish is a software engineer and settled in Delhi. Currently, he is in France for the last 6 months for special training.
Purvi returned to Bhopal from Delhi only a month ago. Recently she came to her parents' home after staying at her in-laws' house for a few days. She went to the bathroom here on Tuesday evening and after some time she was found dead . There are injury marks on her nose. There were injuries on her face as well, her family told the police that she died due to slipping in the bathroom.
Purvi's father-in-law Rambabu Sahu said that the daughter-in-law was working in Purvi Net Link Company Mandideep. After the death of his wife, husband Ashish arrived in Delhi this morning. Will reach Bhopal on Wednesday evening.
TI Jitendra Pathak said that in the initial investigation Purvi's death appears to be an accident. She may have suffered head and nose injuries after slipping in the bathroom.
Due to this she died, the exact cause of death will be revealed in the PM report. Since the matter is related to a newly married woman, investigation will be done for all possible angles.
