A 25-year-old youth committed suicide by hanging at his residence in Barkheda under Govindpura police station area on Saturday.
According to police, the deceased was Deepak Chandrakeshwar was found hanging by the family members and was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was declared dead. Police said that on Saturday at around 6pm the youth committed suicide when family members were not present and on their return they found the deceased hanging.
In the initial investigation no suicide note has been found by the police that could help in the revealing the reason of suicide. After the preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem and the police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and have started further investigation.
Meanwhile a 35-year-old woman, who was injured on November 15 after her motorbike was hit by a speeding car near RGPV died while undergoing treatment late in the night on Saturday; deceased was on her way along with her husband on motorbike.
According to the police the deceased Sunita Meena died while undergoing treatment while her husband Suresh Meena escaped with minor injuries. The car bearing registration number MP04-TA-7377 hit the deceased and her husband while on their way to home at Sunkhedi. The errant driver escaped with the vehicle and would be searched based on the registration number of the vehicle. Police said that the deceased was discharged on November 17 but later he died on Saturday. The police have registered under section 304 A of the IPC and have started further investigation.
