A 25-year-old who consumed poisonous substance at Maholi village under Gunga police station area on Sunday died in the afternoon on Tuesday while undergoing treatment at a private hospital.
According to the police, Vrindawan Kushwaha died while undergoing treatment at Paliwal hospital on Tuesday.
Deceased had consumed poisonous substance on Sunday and was rushed to Paliwal hospital. His condition deteriorated on Monday and later on Tuesday afternoon he died.
The police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and have started further investigation.
The reason behind the suicide remains unknown and would be investigated claimed the police. Neighbours claimed that the deceased used to have fights in the family.
Meanwhile, a four-year-old drowned at a water filled ditch in Nalkheda under Berasia police station area on Tuesday.
A girl was found dead at a water filled ditch in the afternoon and was rushed to a nearby hospital where she was declared dead.
The deceased was identified as Rakhi Jathav. Family members told the police that the deceased went out and was playing but later went missing.
After the preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem. The police have started further investigation into the matter.
The police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC was registered.
Police suspect foul play but have not confirmed and claimed that investigation into the reason of the death of the deceased would be searched. The deceased drowned while playing or she had gone to bath could be confirmed.
