A 23-year old youth was found brutally murdered by unknown miscreants in the wee hours on Friday.
Police said the body of the youth, identified later as Sagar Ahirwar, was hacked by smashing with rock and other heavy weapons on his head. The victim used to work at a road side stall in Piplani area.
According to police the incident came to know when the local villagers spotted his lifeless body and was immediately informed to the police.
Police suspected that the deceased was killed by smashing his head or he might probably kill and later smashed the head, so that he could not be identified. The circumstantial evidences suggest that the victim struggled to escape but the miscreants overpowered and killed him.
Family members claimed that the victim had gone for evening walk and never returned after which a missing complaint was lodged with the police. The police found that the victim had borrowed some money and was having issues with few lenders.
Based on the information police have detained few people for questioning and have claimed that the killers would be nabbed soon.
The police have registered a case under Section 302 of the IPC and have started further investigation.
