A 22-year-old woman committed suicide by hanging from the ceiling at Arjun Nagar under TT Nagar police station area of the state capital.
According to the investigating officer the victim Neetu Chouhan (22) was found hanging at her Arjun Nagar residence on Saturday. The investigating officer Assistant Sub Inspector Ram Singh Parihar told that the victim has made arrangement for her son’s birthday and has told her husband Jitendra Chouhan to return home before the evening but when her husband got late which infuriated the victim and she committed suicide. When the husband of the victim arrived he was shocked with the incident. He works as a construction labour.
The police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and have sent the body for the post mortem. The police have started further investigation.
Meanwhile a 45-year-old man was mowed down by a speeding vehicle near Rajput Restaruant under Bilkharia police station area on Saturday.
According to the Bilkharia police the victim Sindhu Vishwakarma works at a warehouse and on Saturday at around 10:30 pm he was on his way to Anand Nagar along the road side when he was knocked off by a speeding vehicle. The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was declared dead on arrival.
The police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and have sent the body for the post mortem. The police have started the search for the errant driver and the speeding vehicle.
