Tulsiram Ahirwar, a youth hailing from Hoshangabad district who is participating in the Narmada Seva Yatra in Raisen district said that it is due to the excessive damage to the environment and the excessive exploitation of ground water that it has become so hot so early before actual summer begins. People have seriously messed up with the environment for their own needs. It should be our effort to give a good environment to our future generations. Tulsiram says that the youth have gained better understanding of environment conservation through the Narmada Yatra. He said that people would give their contribution by not only planting saplings but also rain water harvesting. It is time we start working towards environment conservation and not depend on the government alone. Government is already extended its support.
