A three-day workshop on Pilot Programme for Supervisors based on Winning Together’ for S1-S2 Supervisors of Bhopal and EMRP, Mumbai unit was inaugurated on 09/06/2016 in HRDC, Bhopal by AK Chaturvedi, AGM (P&PR & HRD), BHEl Bhopal.
Rekha Bharadwaj AGM (HRDI) Noida, Brajesh Agrawal, AGM (HRD & CPIO) and Swagata S Saxena, DGM (HRD) were also present on the occasion.
Varun Harnal, MsJayati De, Deputy Manager (HRDI) and Sahil Khan, Executive (HRDI) were present as programme faculty. The programme is scheduled from June 9 to June 11. Total 22 Supervisors (S1&S2) from Bhopal unit of various product/function groups and EMRP, Mumbai unit are participating in this programme.
Brajesh Agrawal, AGM (HRD) welcomed the distinguished guests and participants. He said that this is a pilot programme which aims to win as a team and emerge as winners in the long run. It is based on experiential learning which will help in increasing the belongingness to the company by bringing about attitudinal changes in individuals.
Rekha Bharadwaj, AGM (HRDI), Noida briefed about the genesis of this programme. She said that this is a new journey which will help the young generation to stand up in the long run. She shared the objectives and contents which focuses on understanding self; teamwork and understanding the organization.
AK Chaturvedi, AGM (P&PR & HRD) shared that involvement and participation of the participants is very vital in making any programme successful. He said that this programme will help in increasing the belongingness towards the company. Swagata S Saxena, DGM (HRD) proposed the Vote of Thanks.
