Three killed in road accident
Sehore: At least three people were killed and eight injured on Tuesday when a speeding jeep rammed into a truck in Madhya Pradesh’s Sehore district. The accident occurred in the morning when the jeep heading to Indore from Bhopal crashed into the truck. All those killed were from Mahu town near Indore.
Thief falls from height, dies
Bhind: A thief was killed when he fell from a height when he had gone to commit burglary at a house in Sitanagar last night, police said. Three thieves entered into Rajesh Rajawats house and looted valuables worth Rs two lakh. In the meantime, Rajawat woke and caught the leg of one of the thieves while he was trying to escape. However, the thief fell from a height and broke his neck bone. Rajawat rushed the thief to hospital where he succumbed while receiving treatment.
Mukhyamantri Yuva Sammelan at CM House
Bhopal: The first Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyami Sammelan will be held at CM House on Wednesday. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will interact with 995 beneficiaries of this scheme during year 2014-15. Industries Minister Yashodhara Raje Scindia will preside over the programme. The convention will be held on May 20 at 10 am. The Chief Minister will felicitate officers of 5 districts Neemuch, Burhanpur, Ashok Nagar, Jabalpur and Narsinghpur for outstanding work.
