Gandhi Sangrahalaya timings to change
Bhopal: The visiting hours of the Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya is getting changed from March 2015. The new timings from March to August 31 for all the open air and indoor exhibitions of the Manav Sangrahalaya will be from 11.00 am to 6.30 pm. The Sangrahalaya would remain closed on Mondays and all National Holidays.
Cs to hold video-conference ‘parakh’
Bhopal: Chief Secretary Anthony DeSa will chair “Parakh” video-conferencing at Mantralaya’s NIC Room at 5 pm on Friday March 13.At “Parakh”, the Chief Secretary will hold discussions with all collectors and commissioners. The issues to be discussed at “Parakh” this time will include distribution of loans under self-employment schemes, issuance of caste certificates, distribution of scholarships of School Education Department and distribution of assistance under CM’s Discretionary Fund. Additional Chief Secretaries and Principal Secretaries of concerning departments will also be present at the conference.
nss training to be held from mar 12 to 18
Bhopal: National Service Scheme’s State-level leadership training camp will be held from March 12 to 18 at Sarla Nagar, Maihar in Satna district. As many as 500 students will participate in it. Camp’s activities will be held from 6 am to 10 pm. At the camp, students will be trained in yoga, pranayam and sports. Students will contribute labour for about 4 hours daily on projects as per local requirements. During the camp, roads will be repaired, construction of drier pits will be undertaken, health examination and a number of awareness programmes with concerning departments’ cooperation will be conducted. Presently, NSS is underway in 688 colleges and 677 schools in the State.
