Qawwali Samaroh at Jabalpur from March 3
Bhopal: Two-day Qawwali Samaroh to commemorate poet of “Saare Jahan Se Achha Hindostan Hamara” Allama Iqbal will be held at Jabalpur on March 3 and 4. The Qawwali Samaroh under the aegis of Sahitya Academy will be held at Art Gallery of Rani Durgawati Museum Jabalpur on March 3 at 7.30 pm where Qawwal Syed Nasir Hussain Sabri noted and party, Bhopal will perform. On the second day March 4, Ashfaq Arif Jabalpur and Firoz Kamal Jabalpur will read out papers at dialogue on Qawwali/Tasawwuf at 11 am. This would be followed by Sheri Nashist of Sufiana Rang where Sagheer Riyaz, Babu Anwar Nizami, Abdul Khalid Danish, Shaikh Nizami, Altaf Mahir, Irfan Jhansvi and Anita Tamanna will present their Kalam.
CS seeks information about Simhastha works
Bhopal: Chief Secretary Anthony de Sa apprised himself about progress of Simhastha works at a meeting at Mantralaya here on Sunday. The CS sought information about new proposed works of various departments and reviewed ongoing works. The CS sought detailed information about works for which sanction has been given at empowered committee-level. Ujjain Commissioner and Collector, departmental Principal Secretary, Secretary and other others attended the meeting.
Wood For Holika Dahan To Be Available At Depots
Bhopal: Forest Department has set up temporary depots at 19 places in Bhopal to make available firewood for Holika Dahan to people on ensuing March 4 and 5. Firewood will be available for sale at depots at the rate of Rs591 per quintal. The temporary depots will be set up at Bittan Market, Patrakar Colony Kolar, Sarvdharm Colony, Karond Chauraha, Mangalwara, Bairagarh, Govindpura, Jahangirabad, Shahjahanabad, GAD Crossing, Chhola Road, Ahmadpur, Anand Nagar, Mayur Vihar, Unani Shafakhana, Gandhi Nagar, Bag Sewaniya, New Market and Nehru Nagar.
Students Enjoy Music Beats
Gwalior: The students of ABVIIITM enjoyed music beats in open air theater. When bend and DJ Sunburn’s Gaurav started music beats which continued for an hour. The sunburn has already performed in famous electronic music festival of Goa. On the first day of art fair, the 3-day Aurora fest the students made colas and land space. In the singing competition Ankur Sharma was the winner, Vasudev came on 2nd place. Earlier corona prelims presented performance of 6 bands.
In the fest fashion show was organized with rock band and dance competition. Final will take place on Monday. A model Khushi Bhatt said that she never thought she would reach final. A contestant reputes villa 7 Rashi Sharma said that the reality show does not have the scenes shown on the TV it contains some script also.
Sit Arrests One More In Pmt Scam
Gwalior: The SIT arrested an agent, who arranged for solver in PMT exam. The solver, who appeared in PMT exam, has died. The police is trying to reach the racketeer of Hameerpur, UP. The SIT had arrested a student Shivram Khote of 2010 batch of GRMC. Shivram told the police that a student of veterinary college of Mhow Hirdesh Rajput got him admitted after taking money. He arranged a solver to appear in his place by charging Rs3 lakh. The SIT In-charge additional SP VK Jain said that the solver Brijesh Rajput has died. Now the police are collecting the information of racket of Hameerpur. The police arrested Hirdesh Rajput also. He told the police that he was connected with Manish s/o Sushil Rajput. The police arrested Manish. The police have verified the information given by Manish.
Cong Corporator Comes Under Police Radar
Gwalior: While arresting the speculators of cricket near railway station a Congress corporator has come on the police radar. He told his cronies to complain against crime branch jawans. He was arrested by police while returning from Agra. The crime branch had arrested two youth from railway station 10 days before. During interrogation, it was known that both the youth were cronies of Morar cant corporator of Congress Amzad Khan. The police got the information that Amzad Khan has gone to Agra by Maruti Swift with his associate. The crime branch went to Agra and arrested. He was interrogated 24 hours and after taking full update FIR was lodged against him in Bahodapur police station. His car and cash was recovered by the police. The police had collected information about him that 3 years before that he used to kill cocks and sold them. He ran butchers shop and connected him with business of speculation and illegal wine. Two youth khallo and Kapil assited him. The police is searching them.
Now, Note Uin On Arms licence
Gwalior: Now, it has become necessary to note UIN on arm licence up to March 31. After database entry and UIN only, you can get your weapon. If you do not do so in the prescribe time your arm licence can be suspended. 6 counters for the facility of licence holders would be opened in collectorate. On account of urban body and assembly election the arms were deposited in the police stations. Now on the orders of government of India the collector P Narhari has banned the written the licence without UIN. All the police station in charge has been ordered not to return arm to such licence holders who have not noted data base entry in UIN. The ADM Vidisha Mukherjee said that half a dozen counters would start in new collectorate from 9 March. On counter no. 1 and 2 the data base entry and UIN would be issued for the arms licence issued up to 1993. Similarly on counter no. 3 it would be meant for 1994 to 1998. Counter no. 4 is meant for arm licence issued 1994 to 2004. At counter no. 5 arm licence for 2005 to 2008 and at counter no. 6 the data base entries and UIN numbers for 2009 to 2014 would be issued.
