EPCO seeks info on Eco Clubs’ students
Bhopal: Environmental Planning and Coordination Organisation has sought information about students of Eco Clubs constituted under National Green Corps Scheme. It has been directed to send information about e-mails of students by April 1. Directives have been given to send all information, photographs, videos etc on through e-mail after opening of e-mail accounts of Eco Club students.
districts asked to enforce norms for IX, XI exams
Bhopal: School Education Department has asked districts to enforce directives given earlier for conduct and evaluation of IX and XI exams. Confidential material for the exams will be released through office of Board of Secondary Education. Directives for conduct and evaluation of exam have been uploaded on education portal. All arrangements for exams will be ensured by District Education Officers like previous years. It is noteworthy that IX exams will begin from March 9 and XI from March 5.
MP inspects soon-to-be built Bismil memorial
Gwalior: The MP of Morena Anoop Mishra inspected the memorial of martyr Pt Ram Prasad Bismil to be constructed for Rs1 crore in Morena. During inspection Mishra was accompanied by CEO district Panchayat Ashish Kumar, former minister Munshi lal, former MlA Sandhya Rai, Nagendra Tiwari and officers of various departments were present. It may be noted that martyre memorial P Ram Prasad Bismil was sanctioned earlier of Rs1 crore. The work of the memorial is being executed by special area development authority (SADA) Gwalior. The memorial is being prepared measuring 225 X 400 square feet. 4 big pillars would be made around the memorial. A water body would be establishing with boundary wall. During the inspection the MP Anoop Mishra talked about the preparations in details with new collectorate building, Tehsil building, auditorium, etc.
