Employee bids adieu from Vidhan sabha
Bhopal: Assistant Grade-II employee Shankarlal Balwani of Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Secretariat was accorded farewell on his retirement on Monday. Principal Secretary of State Assembly Bhagwandev Israni presented a memento to Balwani. He said that Balwani was honest and diligent employees who had always worked with devotion. Vidhan Sabha Secretary Umashankar Raghuwanshi said that the Secretariat family would always remember the services of Balwani. Balwani also expressed his views on the occasion.
MPPEB scam: Cong protest today
Bhopal: Protesting against rampant irregularities in the MPPEB examination scam, the State Congress would stage protest at district headquarters across the State on July 1. State President of Youth Congress Kunal Choudhary instructed all the party bearers and workers of the Congress to participate in the protest at their district level. State Congress Committee would hand over a memorandum to Governor demanding CBI inquiry of the scam and resignation of Chief Minister of the state due to his involvement in the scam. With the aim to make the protest more effective Choudhary has encouraged and appealed to the party bearers, workers and heads of state assembly committees to participate in their fullest capacity and make the protest a success in surfacing the corrupt practices of BJP. Meanwhile State President of Youth Congress Kunal Choudhary participated in the protest held by Homeopathic doctors demanding high level investigation of NRSM and RBSK recruitment and lifetime enrolment like MBBS. The doctors were protesting at Board Office Square and burnt effigies of Chief Minister and CCH.
DGP felicitates five cops on retirement
Bhopal: Director General of Police Nanden Dube felicitated five police personnel at their retirement on Monday and wished them a happy and prosperous life in future. The five police officers were SI Chhaya Telang, SI SK Khuslani, SHO Ramesh Kumar Meena, Head Constable Ramnivas Gupta and Constable laik Ahmed.
