JlU GETS RECOGNITION FOR 5-YR INTEGRATED COURSE
Bhopal: School of law, Jagran lakecity University, Bhopal, received the approval and recognition for the five year integrated courses of BBA, llB (Honors), BCom, llB (Honors) and the three years llB course. The Bar Council of India has granted permission for two sections of each course with a capacity of 60 students in each section. This could be possible because of the excellent infrastructure provided by the University like spacious classrooms, Wi-Fi Campus, well equipped information centre, Computer lab, Moot Court Hall and excellent faculty. The school offers llM and PhD, courses as per UGC guidelines. The feather on the cap is that the School has got prestigious membership of the International Association of law Schools, USA. It is the first law School in Madhya Pradesh to enter this elite group of institutions in the field of legal education. This will enable the school of law to provide their students a global platform to interact with their peers and get broad exposure to the legal education and research.

Bhopal: Sant Nirankari Mandal Bhopal is organising a motor rally to promote Blood donation on Saturday at Bhopal. Saint Ashok Juneja, Sanyojak of Bhopal unit, in a press release has informed that Sant Nirankari Mission organises large scale blood donation camps in the country and abroad in the sacred memory of Baba Gurbachan Singh Maharaj who laid down his life for upholding the cause of peace, harmony and universal brotherhood. He added that to create awareness among masses about blood donation and to promote voluntary blood donation, Bhopal unit of Nirankari mission is organizing a motor rally on Saturday which will start from Nirankari Satsang Bhawan near lily Square at 4 pm and pass through Jehangirabad, TT nagar, Jawahar Chowk, Bus Depot, New Market, 1250, MP Nagar, Subhash Nagar, Jinsi square and in the end again reach to Nirankari Satsang Bhawan. Nirankari volunteers in the rally will hold messages and slogans to promote voluntary Blood donation among the masses. Juneja added that a blood Donation camp is also organised at Nirankari satsang Bhawan situated near lily square on the Sunday.
vehicle check at gola ka mandir chauraha
Gwalior: The traffic police started checking vehicles at Gola Ka Mandir Chauraha from Thursday morning. Action was taken against vehicles owners if found over-loaded with passengers or where the drivers were not wearing uniform. While talking action, the police videographed the whole process and then seized them in a sudden check in the morning. More than a dozen vehicles were seized. A fine was imposed from around two dozen vehicles. Action was taken against tempo and auto drivers but they did not take action against jeep drivers who were plying their vehicles from Gola Ka Mandir Chauraha towards Bhind. Such jeeps numbered more than three dozens. Who overload their vehicles. Many of the vehicles did not have permits but the police did not take action because the vehicles of some police man and retired police man were included in them.

Bhopal: Sports Minister Yashodhara Raje Scindia will inaugurate 43rd state-level swimming competition at 10 am on May 30 at Taran Pushkar, Harda Bypass Road, Budhwara, Hoshangabad. In the evening, Scindia will unveil ‘Samarpan’ DEIC Phase-II in Hoshangabad district hospital. later on, she will take part in a meeting of district planning committee. Scindia will return to Bhopal in the afternoon.
Panchkarma treatment now available in city
Bhopal: Panchkarma treatment facility through Kerala method will be available at Panchsheel Nagar Government Ayurvedic dispensary. Health, Family Welfare and AYUSH Minister Dr Narottam Mishra and Technical & Higher Education Minister Umashankar Gupta inaugurated the panchkarma treatment centre at the dispensary here today. This is first dispensary in the state where panchkarma treatment has been set up. It is noteworthy that this facility is already available in district Ayurvedic hospitals. AYUSH Minister Dr Mishra said that now the entire world is looking towards Ayurveda for treatment. He said that stress will be laid on ensuring latest research in Bhopal in AYUSH field. Higher Education Minister Gupta praised the hospital, Dr Parihar and his team. He said that it is through their efforts that panchkarama treatment centre could be established in Panchsheel Nagar. Gupta said that state government will consider charging minimum free for panchkarma treatment. Gupta had sanctioned funds from his MlA’s fund for construction of building of Panchkarma treatment centre. Dr Umesh Shukla informed about panchkarma kriya method.
2 cops killed, many hurt as car overturns
Indore: Two police personnel died and as many were grievously injured after their car overturned on the Bhopal-Indore road near Dewas district's Bherufate in the wee hours on Thursday. The personnel, posted here, began their return journey on Wednesday after attending a wedding in Bhopal. Rahul (19) and Narayan (27) succumbed to their injuries at a hospital where Vinod and Beerendra are battling for life.
