Piplani police have booked two minors who sodomised their classmate at Anand Nagar on Tuesday; minor accused went absconding after victim reported incident with police. Police said the victim refused to go school and when the parents asked the reason he reported the atrocity.
The parents along with the victim reported the incident to Piplani police and in his complaint victim stated that he was lured of playing by the two accused and he accompanied them to one of their friend’s house in Anand Nagar and where they sodomised him.
Police have registered a case under Sections 377 and 342 of the IPC and also under relevant section of Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
After the victim reported the incident accused minors went absconding. The three are classmates and study at a Government school in Piplani area.
Meanwhile, in another case, a 17-year-old youth was booked for sexually assaulting a minor girl who delivered a baby few days ago; Sukhisewania police detained accused who would be send minor to Juvenile Shelter home.
The victim was sexually exploited by the accused for the past four years and when she became pregnant and gave birth to baby victim revealed sexual exploitation by the accused.
After the victim revealed information about the accused police detained the accused and in the investigation he accepted that he has sexually assaulted the victim several times at different places. The family members of the victim claimed that the victim was threatened by the accused of life.
