The MP Nagar police have booked two accused involved in selling 6 scooters using forged approval letter of financing vehicle; two agents of IDFC bank at Apna Suzuki showroom at MP Nagar committed the crime.
Police said that the victim Ritesh Jodhwani lodged complaint after he requested for payment of 6 two wheelers which are financed in the period of September 2019 to October 2020 and found that the approval letter were fake.
The accused were identified as Rehan Khan and Vivek Shrivastava who worked as agent of IDFC bank at the showroom during the fraud and as soon as fraud surfaced the two left job.
Rehan started to work at other firm and recently he was arrested by police for committed fraud and is serving jail while Vivek is yet to be tracked.
Investigating Officer SI A S Parihar said that the accused would collect documents of customers visiting the store.
