An 18-year-old youth was sexually assaulted by two youths at construction site of Nandi Foundation under Piplani police station late night on Monday. According to the police a labourer who used to work as construction labour at Nandi Foundation was sodomised by two persons who were working along with the victim.
On Tuesday the victim lodged a complaint with the Piplani police and in the complaint he claimed that while he was sleeping Shishupal Yadav and Deepak Kulka who used to work along with the victim sodomized the victim and later threatened him not to report the incident. After the preliminary investigation the police registered a case against the two youths who were involved in the heinous act.
The police have registered a case under section 377 and 34 of the IPC and section 3(2)(5) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Piplani police have said that the case has been transferred to AJK police and the further investigation would be conducted by the AJK police. Meanwhile a 28-year-old man was nabbed for molesting an 8-year-old girl at Railway Coach Factory ground under Bajaria police station area on Monday.
According to the police at around 6 pm the victim was molested by accused Gyan Singh near Railway Coach Factory ground and escaped the spot. The victim returned home and reported the incident to her family. later the family lodged a complaint and based on the complaint the accused was nabbed. Accused works as a labour and is involved in molesting and bullying in the past. The police have registered a case under Section 354 of the IPC and 7 and 8 of Protection of Children form Sexual Offences-2012 and 3(1)(11) section of Prevention of Atrocities Act SC/ST.
