In a spectacular and colourful cultural programme, besides the traditional Bharatnatyam and folk dance performances, the dance segment consisted of Sapta Samanvay which is a fusion of seven forms of Indian classical dance and the musical segment had a blend of Indian classical and rock band fusion.

The main highlight was the Rangarohan (first performance on stage) of the nineteen child artists in which they performed alarippu. The first stage of the dance is Alaripu which means a blossoming flower. The artists performing Aalaripu are like blossoming flowers which are offered to the God.
