A 17-year-old youth died while undergoing treatment at Hamidia hospital. The youth was injured after a speeding auto rickshaw hit his motorbike on February 13 while he was on his way home along with his brother near Marghatiya temple under Shahjehanabad police station area.
The deceased identified as Arbaaz Khan was hit by a speeding auto rickshaw.
He along with his brother Irshad(19) were injured and were rushed to Hamidia hospital where Arbaaz died during treatment.
The deceased along with his brother was on his way back to home from Bairagarh after work. Irshad escaped with injuries and was discharged after providing primary treatment. After the preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem and started further investigation.
The police have registered a case under section 304 A of the IPC and started further investigation.
Search for the accused driver has been started. Meanwhile, a 22-year-old youth died who consumed poisonous substance in Borpani village and was undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Misrod.
The Ashok Kumar consumed poisnuous substance at his farms near Borpani village and was rushed to Sakhlecha hospital in Misrod where he died during treatment in the afternoon on Friday.
Misrod police registered a zero FIR and transferred case to Obedullahganj police. The reason of the consuming poison remained unknown. After the preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem and started further investigation.The police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and started further investigation.
