A 17-year-old girl who had left home to get her injured thumb bandaged, was found dead in Sagartal on Friday morning. According to information Father of the deceased, Chandan Ahirwar has a shop of Samosha, Kauchari near Char Sahar Ka Naka. His 17-years-old daughter Sonu went from her house on her Scooty on Thursday afternoon to get her injured thumb bandaged, but when she did not turn up till evening her, family members began to search her.
At about 7.30 pm her Scooty was found unclaimed near Sagartal. They informed the Bahodapur police but the case was transferred to Hazira police station where the case was registered. On the Saturday morning the family members went Sagartal again. The dead body of Sonu was found floating in the tank.
Immediately the Bahodapur police was informed. The Bahodapur police reached the spot and sent the body for postmortem. The family members are expressing doubt that Sonu has been killed. The police is conducting enquiry.
In another case, a youth hanged himself to death following financial troubles near Kailash talkies Sube Ki Goth. The police registered the case and sent the body for postmortem.
Police said that Pradeep son of Devi Singh Jat living in Sube Ki Goth was found hanging in his house by his wife Suman today morning.
