A 16-year-old youth committed suicide by hanging with the ceiling at his house in Jhagairya Khurd under Awadhpuri police station area on Wednesday. Police said that the deceased, Vijay Ahirwar committed suicide at his house. The deceased was a class 10 student.
In the initial investigation, the family members told police that the deceased was scheduled to visit relative with friend who came to accompany him but found him hanging.
On Wednesday evening, the deceased failed to open his room and after failing to get response, his friend and neighbours broke the door and entered to find Vijay hanging.
Later, the body was sent for the post mortem after the preliminary investigation. The police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and started further investigathe deceased was scheduled to visit relative with friend who came to accompany him but found him hangingtion.
The father of the deceased was at work while his mother had gone to neighbor at the time of the suicide. Deceased had not left any suicide note which could help in investigation. The reason would be investigated in the further investigation.
Meanwhile, a 21-year-old youth was found dead near railway tracks at Shahpura in the night on Wednesday; the youth was hit by speeding train while crossing the track.
Police were informed after a man was found dead at railway tracks in the night on and on the receipt a police team reached the spot and started investigation.
After the preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem and the police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and have started further investigation. The deceased was identified as Pradeep Jathav.
