A 15-year-old girl committed suicide by hanging with the ceiling at his house in Namak wali gali under Chhola Mandir police station area on Saturday. Police said that the deceased, Pinki Kushwaha, committed suicide at her house. The deceased was class 8 student.
In the initial investigation, the family members failed to provide any reason behind the suicide. On Saturday the deceased failed to open his room and after failing to get response, family members, along with the neighbours, broke the door and entered to find Pinki hanging.
Later, the body was sent for the post mortem after the preliminary investigation. The police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and started further investigation.
The deceased went to his room after having food. Family members were aware of the reason behind the suicide. Deceased had not left any suicide note which could help in investigation.
Meanwhile, a 40-year-old man died after he was hit by a speeding train at Aishbagh while trying to cross the railway tracks in the night on Saturday.
Police were informed after a man was found dead at railway tracks in the night on Saturday and on the receipt a police team reached the spot and started investigation.
In the initial investigation the deceased was identified as Amjad of Jehangirabad area.
After the preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem and the police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and have started further investigation.
