Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM Indore) is hosting the 14th Annual Convocation on April 5 and 6. Eminent dignitaries from industry, academia and society are expected to attend the pre-convocation ceremony. Managing Director, Tata Chemicals limited, R Mukundan would be the Chief Guest of the pre-convocation event.
The convocation is held each year to confer the title of the ‘Fellow of IIM Indore,’ for its Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) and Diplomas to the successful participants of Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) as well as Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management (EPGP). This year, diplomas would also be conferred to participants of PGP-RAK, UAE; PGPMX-RAK, UAE and PGPMX-Mumbai.
During the Convocation, four FPM participants would receive the title of ‘Fellow of IIM Indore’. 445 participants of PGP and 13 participants of PGP-RAK, UAE would receive the Post Graduate Diploma in Management. 45 participants of EPGP, 18 of PGPMX-RAK, UAE and 29 participants of PGPMX-Mumbai would receive the Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management. Out of 445 graduating students of PGP, 351 are male and 94 are female. This would be followed by a popular Hindi play Bhook Aag Hai.
On Saturday Gold Medals for Scholastic Performance would be given to the participants of PGP, EPGP, PGP-RAK, PGPMX-RAK and PGPMX-Mumbai by Chief Guest of the Convocation Justice HS Kapadia.
The titles and diplomas would be presented to the participants by Chairman, IIM Indore KV Kamath.
