Chief Minister Kamal Nath has said that youth should give priority to society, family, environment and spirituality in their thinking and outlook. Apart from focussing on their career they must pursue such work which gives them spiritual peace and satisfaction. Nath was speaking at the ‘Mind Rock Youth Summit’ organized by a private channel in Indore on Saturday.

Nath said that along with job and business, youth should also think about building the country and society. He said that there should be a creative vision along with pervasiveness in our thinking. We work for our happiness but we will get spiritual peace and our life will be meaningful when we work for the country, society and the poor.

The Chief Minister said that today there is a need to make revolutionary reforms in the agriculture sector as 70 percent of our population depends on farming. The government has started working in the direction of agro-based industries in order to strengthen the agriculture sector and double the income of the farmers. An atmosphere of trust for investment in the state has been created so that youth get employment.

Nath said that for me, politics is a medium of service. Through this, we are working on eradicating poverty, giving farmers the value of their hard work from the very first day. Our government is a government that is pro-farmers, poor and youth. For the development of these sections and the prosperity of the state, we will implement such policies, which will show the achievements of the government in the coming year in every field. The Chief Minister said that maintaining law and order is the responsibility of the government. The law is the same for all. Legal action should be taken against anyone who violates it, no matter how big a person is. He said that football, badminton, hockey and mountaineering have been his hobbies. In the Summit, the Chief Minister felicitated brilliant students for excellence in Union Public Service Commission, Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission, Central Board of Secondary Education and Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education examinations.
