BHEL Bhopal’s Human Resource Development Centre organised a one-day training programme on ‘Being Lion – Transformational Journey through eyes of Lions’ by Dr Nivedita Ganguli (Psychologist and Trainer) on Monday at Vishwakarma Hall. Dr Nivedita Ganguli (Psychologist/ Trainer), Gold Medallist in Psychology & Author of the book ‘Being Lion’ was the faculty of the Programme.
On this occasion Amitabh Dubey, AGM HRD and other senior officials of HRDC were present. Dr Nivedita, in her session laid stress on 19 attributes of Lion that make him a King, which are realizing the leader within you, breaking your comfort zone, caring and sharing and many more. She also explained how these attributes can be imbibed by employees to achieve organization’s objective.
The participants were made to perform various task and activities for better understanding of the subject. Tarun Kumar Kaushik, Sr Engineer HRD coordinated the programme. The programme received immense appreciation from all quarters.
