Monster India, one of the leading online career and recruitment solution providers in the country, launched its second Monster Virtual Career Fair in India, from July 15 to July 19, 2013.
Riding on the success of the first career fair, which saw participation from over 50,000 jobseekers, unique visits reaching nearly 2,00,000 and an on-average 130 applications per job posting.
The second virtual career fair will keep up with the changing needs of modern-day jobseekers and employers alike. It will offer jobseekers both in India and abroad, the opportunity to log on to a virtual exhibition and engage in real-time interaction with companies on a talent hunt. The platform has been designed to provide anytime, anywhere access to jobseekers to help them ‘find better’ with Monster.
