The president of ICSI CS Mamta Binani was addressing the students at an international conference on Sustainable Business Models: Innovative Strategies and Practices organised by Department of Commerce, Shyam lal College at India International Centre, Delhi.
She highlighted the role of Company Secretary professionals for making business models sustainable and successful. She discussed various aspects like key managerial personnel in corporate sector, corporate governance and CSR model. She also emphasised on passing the importance of sustainability to entrepreneurs and imbibes discipline in their efforts to create and sustain innovative business models.
