Resonance, Kota-based coaching institute, has announced the launch of ResoFAST (Resonance Forward Admission and Scholarship Test). Through this initiative, the students can take early admissions in the Year long Classroom Contact Programmes (YCCPs) starting in the month of October for the academic session 2014-15.
ResoFAST will be conducted for students targeting JEE (Main and Advanced), JEE (Main), AIPMT and AIIMS. It is meant for the students in Class X, XI and XII. It’s mandatory for the students targeting JEE (Main and Advanced). For others who are targeting JEE (Main), AIPMT and AIIMS, it’s optional and is only a scholarship test for achieving ResoFAST-linked scholarship in the tuition fee. The courses will be offered both in English and Hindi medium (at Kota and selected study centers only).
ResoFAST is a three hour test scheduled on four test dates October 20, November 17, December 1 and 22, 2013. Students can apply for the test either offline or online by buying the admission packet. They can give the test at any of the 18 study centers of Resonance. It provides up to 90 per cent scholarship in course fee based on performance in ResoFAST and other examinations (school/board, talent search and competitive).
It’ll also provide 50 per cent concession for admission packet (ie Rs 500 only). Selected students get the opportunity to study in the ‘Star Batch’ of Resonance YCCP. Manoj Sharma, VP, operations and business development, REPl informs said: “ResoFAST gives an opportunity to the students to appear in the admission test early, perform well, win lucrative scholarships and enroll themselves for the first batch of YCCPs to be started in April 2014.”
