The Indian Institute of Art and Design (IIAD) organised the orientation programme for it’s fifth batch of design students. The orientation ceremony was held at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi — Seminar Hall. The objective of the event was to give the new students information about their chosen design discipline and familiarise them with the various resources at the institute that will enhance their academic experience at IIAD.
The event was attended by dignitaries, industry professionals, chief guest MK Venu Senior Journalist, faculty members and the staff of IIAD.
Dr Jitin Chadha, Founder Director, IIAD interacted with the students and their parents through his welcome address. He gave a perspective to students on the design journey that lies ahead of them, how every day at IIAD will be a new challenge for them that will push the limit of their thinking.
