The TATA First Dot, powered by NEN — the national recognition and mentoring platform for student startups is inviting people to vote online to determine 5 people’s choice winners in the competition for best student start-ups. The 3rd edition of ‘Tata First Dot Powered by NEN’ was launched nationwide in September this year. In the first component, workshops featuring business-modeling, panel discussions and entrepreneur interactions were held across20 cities in the country including five additional cities — Raipur, Guwahati, Ranchi, Nagpur, and Srinagar.
Tata first dot received an overwhelming response at the regional workshops wherein more than 1,200 budding entrepreneurs participated. The second component of the programme has two competitions running in parallel — the jury-based Tata First Dot National Competition and the public voting based Tata First Dot People’s Choice competition.
