The University School of Management Studies (USMS), IP University organised a day-long National conference on ‘Creating an Inclusive and Accessible Workplace—HR Initiatives’ at their Dwarka campus.
Prof Anup Beniwal, VC, IP University, who inaugurated the conference said that we need human beings and not human resource for the betterment of the society. Prof Anu Singh, dean, USMS said that now more and more employers are coming up with solutions to create and promote an inclusive work place in order to maximise productivity, attract new talent and increase employee commitment.
Shivani Gupta owner of AccessAbility consultancy; Thilakam Rajendran, MD, Association for Rehabilitation Under National Trust Initiative of Marketing etc also addressed the gathering.
