The vice chancellor of the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Prof. Dilip K Bandyopadhyay inaugurated a two day National seminar on Media Governance and Youth being organised by the University School of Mass Communication (USMC) in the Capital recently.
“The empowerment of youth is need of hour for national development, especially in a country like ours”, said Dr Bandyopadhyay. He further said that they have tremendous potential and they can make a sea change in any field provided they receive motivation in organised way.
