The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) recently launched a new initiative — ‘Info Capsules’ that will provide an easy access to information on all the recent developments and issues concerning not only the profession but the economy as a whole. Inaugurated for its stakeholders by CS Dr Shyam Agrawal, president, ICSI, the information will be available through the institute’s mobile app as well as on the website www.icsi.edu. Company Secretaries are an important part of the economy whose contributions range from compliance to Governance to management. The information will not only give them an insights on the issues related to compliance and governance but also for their holistic development.
